Salary: $63,000 - $67,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team, specifically focusing on early intervention services. In this role, you will work closely with infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years and their families, under the supervision of Physical Therapists, to provide therapy interventions that address developmental delays or disabilities

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision and guidance of Physical Therapists
Providing one-on-one therapy sessions and group activities to improve gross motor skills, coordination, balance, etc.
Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
Monitoring and documenting progress, whiling communicating with the PT when treatment plans need to be adjusted as necessary.
Assisting in the maintenance and organization of therapy materials and equipment
Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from a CAPTE-accredited college or school
Current and valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric patients
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and assistive devices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (OMV)
Reliable transportation with car insurance
